He founded 8 Ounces studio in 2019 to provide personalised service to a diverse range of clients. Andrew's design philosophy centers on creating visually stunning work that communicates effectively. He enjoys spending time with his family and managing his time effectively to achieve work-life balance.

02 - SENIOR DESIGNER
A designer with 10 years of experience, Bianca is a colourful creative who prioritises patterns and play. She specialises in print and publication design and loves a good grid system. After studying Fine Arts at Monash University and Design at Shillington College, she worked in-house for publishing companies and in the events industry before joining Andrew at 8 Ounces full time. Outside of designing, Bianca is a Swiftie, a reader, enjoys a Friday croissant, and anxiously overthinks everything including writing this short bio.

03 - DESIGNER
Ezekiel is a multi-disciplinary designer with over 5 years of experience in the industry. He specialises in website design, branding, video production, 3D design, and animation.
Throughout his career, Ezekiel has held various positions, including junior designer, production manager, brand manager, and intermediate designer. During the pandemic, Ezekiel also worked as a freelancer, adapting to the challenges of remote work while maintaining his dedication to delivering high-quality work - however preferring the collaborative experience of studio work.
