Job Description: We are seeking a talented Mid-Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with some of Australia’s leading companies, creating captivating graphics that leave a lasting impression. Your responsibilities will involve working on a variety of projects, including print and digital artwork, allowing you to showcase your creativity and design expertise. The ideal candidate for this position would also possess experience in digital marketing, along with a strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and objectives

• Produce visually stunning graphics for print and digital media

• Design tender submissions, digital banners, and other marketing materials

• Ensure that designs align with brand guidelines and project specifications

• Develop comprehensive online digital strategies for implementation across various social media and digital platforms.

• Work closely with the team to meet project deadlines and maintain quality standards

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into your designs

• Assist with motion graphics and video editing tasks, leveraging your skills in this area

Skills & Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in Graphic Design

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects

• Understand finished art and print production processes

• Proficient in motion graphics and video editing techniques

• Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

• Proficient in using Mac operating systems

Desired Skills:

• Experience in social media management, brand marketing, or related fields

• Knowledge of video editing or After Effects would be advantageous

Hours: This is a full-time contract position based in our Moonee Ponds Studio, located in Melbourne. You will be expected to work standard office hours.
